Hello Everyone, I am Craig, your baker.
I have been based in California and New York for 1/3 of a century and have now made Singapore my new lovely home for more than 5 years.
Having previously lived in 2 amazing States which serve great pizzas and comfort food, I have found some of these offerings somewhat lacking in Singapore. Now that I am living in Singapore, I have decided to share these American-style pizzas and comfort food with everyone here.
What brings me great satisfaction is that you enjoy our deep dish pizza creations. They are a combination of Californian and New York flavors. Our biscuits & gravy and cornbread is a longing for good homemade American comfort food.
We are not done with our menu and will continuously add more items- American classics. Stay tuned!
We make these foods using only top quality, fresh ingredients which are sourced daily. By doing that, we are able to ensure they do not taste commercial, making it a healthier choice for you.
